Kris provided the same energy and enthusiasm in representing our small lot at Berryessa Estates as he would have for any other property he would be representing. We had interested parties shortly after he completed the brochure to list our property for sale. However, there was a complication with the deed for the property and I had to contact a lawyer. Another hurdle was that the fire marshal for the area had sent out a correction notice for some fire abatement work that had to be done on the property. Kris helped me with finding a landscaper to do the necessary clearing, and to negotiate with the buyer, easing any remaining concerns to complete the sale. I was glad to have Kris as my agent.
