Even though we do our best to make ourselves available, it is impossible to be available to anybody at anytime. Therefore, we have backup and individuals who can help us when our schedules are full.

Contract Flexibility
No Unhappy Clients –
We only want to do business with those who want us to help them. Many agents will require you to sign an agreement with no ability to cancel if the agent does not fulfill their promises.
In most cases, once the seller signs, they are stuck with that agent for six months or longer.
With us, if we do not fulfill our promises as we have described here, you have the right to cancel the listing.
